THE QUALITY IS DOWN THE DRAIN !! They are not what they used to be. I order medium pizza with whole wheat crust for a pickup, they called me and said they don’t have whole wheat crust. I said can you give me any discount for the inconvenience caused as I was half way through, else I could buy it somewhere else. They rudely said no ! I asked can you throw a drink or dessert as a compliment they said no. I was like okay its fine.Then after getting my pizza I got to know there was NO CORIANDER, GREEN CHILLIES as ordered as topping. Also I order Canada Dry and they didn’t have it and said its out of stock and they gave me schweppes which was yukk ?

I used to always go here for slices of pizza because they were big, fresh, and tasted amazing. It appears that the ingredients have changed a little while ago and the slices are unfortunately worse than a lot of other competitor chains.

They are so extremely cheap with their toppings. I got a large pizza with tandoori chicken and there was 1 piece chicken on a huge slice and same with the pepperoni one I got.I didn’t ask for a cheese pizza did I ? And paid extra for toppings so really not cool. They need to do better

So the last few times we’ve ordered from here, they’ve taken so long to give us our order. Today I ordered an extra large shawarma chicken pizza, and the man on the phone told me it would be ready in about 20 minutes, and we could pick it up then. However, they took more than an hour to give us our order (even though it was just one pizza), and on top of that, they forgot to drizzle the garlic sauce that is supposed to be on the shawarma chicken pizza. So we waited more than an hour for an incomplete order.

Excellent choice of halal meat toppingsDietary restrictions: Good halal options available, although online menu didn’t include halal salami which is also available at the store. I had to call the store to make sure only halal meat was used. The store was very accommodating and always makes sure our pizza is made with halal meat toppings. Excellent pizzas with great taste!
