We ordered from pizza pizza and we received 2 small pizza with loads of chilli flakes on top.. made it like hell i cant eat it.. really not acceptable if u guys cant work late better don’t ruin customer money also.. management should check and would really appreciate if u guys get me refund of money

Last time I gave 5 star rating , but now I am changing my rating to 1 star … they literally delivered burnt pizza … and no credits or new pizza was given … i complained over email they said we provide you 20 dollar credit for my 50 dollar order but when i wanted to use that credit store refused that they dont have access to it and then I called on number online and they said same thing again that you dont have any credits

Order my same pizza Classic Canadian on a very regular basis for YEARS, with the yummy brownies. I call and pick it up. Tonight for the first time my pizza had either been sitting in the heated section for too long or was over-cooked, so it was hard, dry and tasteless; the dough was brittle, pepperoni was dried and curled….very disappointing.The BROWNIES were rock hard, stale and all stuck together & crumbled when eaten- I looked for a best before date but none found…the box was just taken off the dry rack, unheated. When I tried to soften them in the microwave, they were worse.Tried 4 times to call and complain and spent so much time on hold that I gave up.Worst pizza night ever ….2 slices and threw it all out - with the brownies which the shop should have been told to simply throw out, but they never picked up the phone while I continued on hold 4 times.

I have been a customer at this location for 25 years, it seems to be hit or miss lately with our pizzas. The last three pizzas we've ordered have been so disappointing. We usually do walk in every Friday at 3ish, the guy who has been making our pizzas has been the worst yet. barely any cheese, stale crust and no care at all. Unfortunately this location has lost a 25 year customer. Also, there seems to be a huge staff change over.
