I ordered pizza from the Lakeshore Road location on Friday night. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, I overhead the manager speaking with an irate customer about a delivery that arrived four minutes after the requested time. I could hear the customer swearing and calling the manager derogatory names. The manager was a young woman who handled the call very professionally and calmly. I don't think she could have resolved this customer's anger, though she tried. I don't understand why people feel they can vent their anger with such abuse.I appreciated the way this young woman handled herself, as it appeared like she was the only one working at the time. The pizza she made for me was excellent. I will order again knowing the quality of the food and the way this location handles their customers are both exceptional.

This is my second visit to Pizzaiolo in general.Whole wheat thin crus two topping pizza is my favourite here. I absolutely love that I kind finally have a well done whole wheat pizza exactly to my liking???Just hoping there are more pizza combo deals in the future!
