The pizza was really good!!! No complaints whatsoever! It was fresh and crust was made so perfect and crispy! And the dips are even amazing! The salad was full of fresh veggies!! I was scared of getting old veggies as it was my first time ordering from here!But this pizza was 10/10! Loved it!!!?? will definitely be ordering from here more now✌️?

If you're looking for standard North American mid tier pizza, this is the place for you. Other pizzaiolo locations in Toronto I've found bake a finer pizza, and this one used to be better, but if you have any knowledge of pizza better than the cheapest fare out there then you probably want to look somewhere else.This location is decidedly better than the worst pizza you can find, but you're going to find some chewy dough baked poorly and maybe some tasty toppings if you choose wisely and have good fortune. Otherwise, don't expect a lot.

I got a large pizza instead of extra large that I ordered and it was a surprise that if you order half with three toppings and the other half with another three they count them as full 6. They also burnt

Something has changed about this branch.Today the cauliflower crust didn't taste like it used to be (tasted like regular crust or they have used regular flour to prepare it) and I had a gluten reaction after having it, which never happened in the past, so you gotta train your staff as they could hurt someone if they don't pay attention!!Service was lousy and they were not properly staffed for the weekend.Not going back to this branch!!

I’m giving them 3 stars overall, lady at the front was truly kind and genuinely seemed to care. I called an hour and a half in advance (at 5:30) for a pizza, told it would be ready before 7. I got to pizzaiolo at 7 and to my shock they were putting the pizza in the oven when I got there. Waited 20+ mins extra :( If you say it’s gonna be ready at 7, have it ready at 7.
