Crispy crust ! So yummy and flavourful ! ?I tried thin crust pizza with 4 toppings. It was well prepared. I will suggest that If you really want to enjoy their pizza. Visit the store in no rush hour and eat pizza right away. Staff was friendly and nice!

The service was awful. I waited 55 mins for a pizza they continued to say it would be 10 mins finally got my pizza and this is it. Sides burnt. I will never go or recommend them to anyone. Stay

The food is absolutely delicious; I love ordering my pizza from here. And for the first time ever, I was greeted by a nice lady the last time I visited the store. She acknowledged my presence and took the time to ask me what I would like. She was just super respectful, friendly, and welcoming.However, I cannot say the same about the rest of the staff. Immediately upon entering the store, they always assume the purpose of my visit without asking the standard, "Hi, how can I help you?"For instance, every time I walk in, they automatically ask me, "Pickup?" so abruptly. I never hear a standard greeting such as, "Hey", "Hi", "Hello"...nothing. One time I was there, I walked in and the gentleman just says to me, "Pickup?" And I said, "No I want to place an order." Then another customer walks in and he says, "Pick-up for John?" (example) and the customer replies, "No, it's for Nick". No greeting whatsoever!This store is lacking customer service and just basic human etiquette. I wish all staff were like the lady I met last time. It would make my experience, and I'm sure others too, more pleasurable!

This is the second time I’ve ordered pizza here. First time it was cooked to perfection just needed a little extra sauce. So this time I asked for extra sauce and well done. Got home and found almost no sauce and the pizza was almost raw even though I waited for over 20 for my order to be completed. I grew up on Pizza Nova in Scarborough but it seems nobody in Oakville understands what well done means because I stopped ordering from Pizza Nova’s in Oakville for the same reason.

Yesterday I ordered from Uber Eats, and I received a pizza with completely raw dough on top, burnt edges, and a cracked bottom, very dry! It is completely inedible!!! The worst pizza I've ever ordered in my life! I threw it all in the trash! it is the first and last order :)
