However the order was missing extra side of queso ($3.20) as well as the sauteed onions and peppers that were supposed to come with it. Called the store and nothing was done to address it.Customer service has just gone down hill everywhere these days

Didn't know there was a Quiznos here!!! There's hardly any out there anymore. My daughter and i really enjoyed the food. The owner seems to know everyone who walks in, like the community feels.

I found this Quiznos yesterday while in Oakville, and had an amazing experience. First of all, it was so great to find a Quiznos location after so many have closed down over the years. I really missed having Quiznos around the GTA, it's superior over the competition. Second, the staff at this location are super friendly and accommodating. The ingredients are very fresh, and even after eating the other half hours later, it still tasted fresh and very tasty after heating it up. I would highly recommend visiting this Quiznos location. There's lots of parking, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff and food are excellent. ?

The best Quiznos you will visit,2024. this place consistently makes great subs. I always get the same thing and 95% of the time this place hits it out of the park for the last 10 years at least.
Excellent experience yesterday February 13, 2024! Food was delicious and perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The one man offered to bring our food to the table as I was in a wheelchair, he moved one of the chairs for me so I could sit at the table. He asked if I needed anything else just ask! Wished us a good day and thanked us for coming, see you soon. I will definitely come back to this location. Everything here was the best I have had at a Quinozs location!
I was told that I could not order a 6” gluten free sub and could only order the full 12” because they would otherwise have to throw away the remaining 6” because it likely wouldn’t get sold. I have never been told this by any other Quiznos, and as someone who really enjoys Quiznos and the nice gluten free bread option that is available I am truly disappointed and feel discriminated against by this. That is no way to treat a customer. A food allergy / sensitivity should not be treated as a nuisance. I am happy that I normally have an option at Quiznos to accommodate my dietary restrictions, but in this instance I was very let down. This is not how to correctly service (or not service) a customer. It comes off as petty and greedy by trying to force someone into a larger order than they would like. Shame on Quiznos.Update: I went to the email site I was given by the Quiznos comment below and filled out the complaint for the issue I had and I have not been contacted back. I guess that comment was all for show.
