FALSE ADVERTISING! Description on Uber stated mix shawarma dinner comes with a side of salad. I ordered 2 and neither had salad, despite me asking the guy when he handed me the order in store. Chicken had alot of fat and skin, beef was very dry. Terrible taste

Ordered takeaway, chicken wrap basically had no sauce, beef on fries, the beef was literally like rubber and tasted super sour did not feel like beef in my mouth, was literally inedible. The fries were super oily and soggy literally a puddle of oil at the bottom of the container. First and last time ever.

I ordered chicken dinner plate from here. It isn’t up to the price. The advertised picture doesn’t match the actual order content and quantity. Chicken is so hard to chew and taste is very poor. I wasted money on hoping it’d be the same as they advertised in UberEats pictures and descriptions.

Absolutely terrible, Placed on order for my iftaar 7:40 estimated arrival time, an hour later I called and they said they have no food anymore. It’s 8:30 and I still haven’t ate anything for iftaar.

The design of the store is beautiful and the attention to the design is very beautiful, but they are not interested in the food and the beautiful appearance. When you enter them, you feel as if you are in a mechanic shop to repair cars. Their clothes are as if they are for changing the oil in cars, and you do not have to cover the jacket that separates the outer side from the inner cooking. It is very disgusting. I wish I had not come to Here and this is the last time with all due respect to the administration ????????

Came in at 2 am with my wife, greeted with friendly staff and a variety of small plates to try. Generous owner and chefs, food was definitely an experience on its own, packed with flavour and didn’t taste like fast food at all. Felt like home cooked meals, gave us free falafel as well and some soup, service and ambience was highly enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family to come here if they want a 10/10 middle eastern restaurant.
Waited 50 minutes for food that was never even prepared for us. I don’t know who runs this place, but clearly they should be more hands-on with their business or hire more competent employees. After 50 minutes we were told that their frier wasn’t working and that they would get to making our food now (side note: they use the cheap, tasteless Cavendish bagged fries). After having wasted nearly an hour, we didn’t want to wait even another minute so we left.During our 50 minute wait, I couldn’t help but notice the poor atmosphere of the restaurant. It was incredibly messy (despite it not being busy), did not feel sanitary, and had dated furniture and appliances. At the end of the day, I’m not sure why it takes 50 minutes to tell your customers that your equipment is faulty. Will not be returning
