The price is not worth the product. The meat pattie is clearly bought frozen from a grocery store. The most important ingredient and they get these garbage patties to make more profit. Only thing I can say was actually worth the price was the fries. In my opinion, go elsewhere. Shouldn't even have "Burger" in their name, especially with those prices.

I stopped by for a quick lunch, I got an Angus burger with fries. The food was good plus i was extremly hungry but I did notice that my sandwich tasted really BLAND! It needed allot of saltGOOD QUALITY burger but I wish they seasoned it with some salt.

It is little on the pricey side but the burgers & fries taste great. Also gluten free bun is offered which is great and staff is caring to ask if it's allergy or not to make sure they prepare the food safely, which is very appreciate it and not every place service food is like this.

Good food, but need to employ more people. Came in on a Friday night at 6pm, only 2 employees working. waited 10 mins just for them to take my order and it wasn’t even that busy.
I love their burgers but the customer service is sub-par, and their business hours are a joke. They’ve missed out on my business many times. I don’t visit here very often. I’m almost at the point the delicious burgers aren’t worth going.

I’ve been a regular in Oakville but I think this has changed. I received the annual birthday offer but as a shift worker couldn’t get in until this week. Turns out I missed the 2 week deadline by a day so the offer was invalid - yes the fine print. Oops. I think of all times I’ve eaten there and ordered take out, to have them bite my date of birth and print paper from the register to calculate the days to be told ‘nope no good’. Good thing there are other local options.

Came in for a halal burger. The reviews were really scary but we came anyway - no regrets! Maybe a bit overpriced but the mushroom burger we got was great, pretty typical as far as burgers so. Fries were a let down, super soggy and bland so that was a let down. Over all would recommend if you're in the area!

Arrived just at closing time. I saw the look of dismay on the employee's face. Having worked in this industry I knew that feeling. We were looked after and had a great meal. I did thank the employee and let him know that the effort was appreciated. Thanks you.
