Had an issue with one of the food items and the man at the cash was quick to compensate me, and the lady working the ovens was super accommodating as well. Super friendly staff and all really show that they care about their customers!

Visited Starbucks ( 2055 Cornwall Rd) on 24 Dec 2023 morning around 10:30 AM and noticed flies inside the food display and when asked at the cashier, the answer is they are aware and the store manager is also aware. Unbelievable!! Can assume the standards inside their kitchen/pantry and they are still serving the same.I recommend Starbucks senior management investigate the food safety standards and care about customers. Thanks

Ordered a Sugar cookie Goodness, and Oh my goodness!!I am delighted as I have my first sip of it!! The Barista (JEA) who served my drink displayed an exceptional customer service. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about their menus and served customers with great excellence! Definitely one of the best Starbucks location I visited! Thumbs up to all the staff??

The three stars is for the corporate people to whom have such a great idea of overworking their staff at this location for Drive thru, online orders and in store purchases. I have been waiting for more than 15 mins for my latte. Wondering why people rather brew their Nespresso at home these days.
