Terrible customer service! I placed an order through Uber Eats and once I placed it i realized that I did not select not toasted so I called them immediately. Not even a minute after placing the order. When she answered the phone I wasn’t even sure if I was calling the right number because she just goes “Hello” in blunt tone. I told them that I had made a mistake and that I did not want my sub to be toasted and she speaks to her co worker in their language and goes we already toasted it. I asked if they could please make it again and she said no it’s only lightly toasted. I said okay but I do not want the cheese to be melted and she said no it’s not melted we put extra cheese. so i said okay that’s fine then and we hung up. Now looking at my sub there is clearly no cheese on it at all. Just the worst customer service!!!

What a disappointment! Different staff charge different rates. $5 for 3 small diamond shape slices of cheese. No thanks. You’ve lost my business.
Today I had lunch at this place, they overcharged me. When I asked about the overcharge they said they didn’t and said it was a tip. Be careful guys because the tip is something you get to choose not the employees.

My family had a good experience at this location, we came in with a big order for around for 6 adults and 3 kids, and the staff did a great job of making the sandwiches fast and tasty, they where really great at helping the customers behind us also so no one got upset with wait times. They did a great job!

This was supposed to be the sweet onion teriyaki sub. Uber eats had to give me a full refund because it was so disgusting and didn’t give me what I paid for in my combo. The order was placed at July 28th 2022 at 11:18 p.m

Their hours say there open 24hours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I was their today (Friday and yesterday after 6am and they were closed and this isn't the first time. They make up their own schedule
