Extremely unacceptable customer service. The middle-aged lady who works there in the evening is pretty rude and her attitude and voice are like customers annoy her when they add more ingredients to the sandwich. I requested my order to be toasted and grilled, but she said it couldn't do because it was loaded. I was wondering, because that's how I always order it and never received such response in the other outlets. It was the very first time I went there and wouldn't go again for any cause. Compared to them, the Trafalgar location is great as they always provide friendly service while making delicious sandwiches. Terrible and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Parking: Spacious parking for free since it is located next to the Food basics.

I just left the place with a very unpleasant experience.There was a large order ahead of mine, but the staff did not even care about it and my bread was toasted and left sitting for a while…When I questioned the staff he argues with me saying it would still be warm and no one ever complained about his serviceThe girl who was adding the ingredients was slow, one of the sauces was done and she just sprinkled it and was surprised when I asked her to add more…moreover their veges did not look fresh et all…What I don’t understand, the guy who argued with me, could have completed my order … but he chose to act arrogantIn the end I came home with a cold sandwichI wish the main office reads these reviewsWill never go back

Brian is fantastic and very friendly. He was extra clear and made sure the food was the way we wanted it. We got the cold cut sub with the new everything bun and a steak and avocado rice bowl. He made it efficiently and proportionately! I will be coming back to this location.Vegetarian options: Green goddess and veggie delite!Parking: It’s in a plaza so there is a ton of parking around.Kid-friendliness: Smaller food options available.

The lady was nice but i was disappointed in my order. She’s the first to mess up my order and she didn’t make it the exact way i wanted it. Bread was as hard as a rock(overly toasted). Almost a waste of money but i was too hungry and just endured the food.
