Also because the rice was clearly reheated, it was soft and soggy.I paid for sides(corn/coleslaw) and they did not come. I got a stew chicken meal, a fish meal and 2 patties on Uber eats. Spent $65 and had to throw it in the garbage. So disappointed.

Chicken roti was horrible, soaking wet from the watered down sauce and had zero flavour. Chicken and potatoes were not wrapped roti style. Roti skin was placed in bottom of dish then the watered down curry juice was just slathered on the roti making it horribly soggy with no taste. Worst curry I have ever had in 40 yrs.

I went there on my lunch break and wanted to try out this location and I couldn't even get service, I went inside and the girl asked me to wait and I can hear a few people in the back talking and laughing for about 5+ mins, as I'm standing there waiting and doing nothing because the menu was off and I couldn't even look at the menu as I'm waiting, as I'm waiting I noticed and weird sour smell and I had to get the hell out of there... I'm sorry but I'm never ever going there again, I'm very disappointed and don't understand how this location is still in business and I don't think it'll be in business for much longer the way they operate the business

This location is based on someone trying to follow a Jamaican recipe book. The food lacked authenticity. The server was the chef and the face of this establishment on the day that I visited. I give him an E for effort. May God Bless this restaurant it is needed out in Burlington. I was there for my son's basketball tournament with another family. My son had the Jerk Chicken which was very pricey and the other family had the jerk pork, both with Oxtail gravy, which did not taste like Oxtail gravy.

Change in ownership occurred in 2023 food has since gone downhill in taste and quality. Soups are not prepared properly veggies are still raw and hard. Provisions are no longer provided with soup..no dumplings, yam or green banana. They are constantly understaffed so you have one person preparing meals, handling cash and cooking. Previous owner took more pride in the food. I would not be surprised to see them go out of business in 2024.
