We visited your resturant today and we had a server ,his name is Tasos,he was the best server we have had.This guy is an asset to your restaurent,polite, smiling and couldn't do enough for you. we could really tell that he was happy in his work and everyone seem to like him.we have gone to many SC restaurant's to eat,your store was the best,and with Tasos working there we will be back.Sarah n Roy Howse.

Bought a Chicken Sandwich meal. The sandwich was full of bones and Bone Marrow. Called customer service. They said we will get back to you immediately. 3 weeks and still waiting. I send them a reminder email every week. Second week I received an email saying it was unacceptable no one has gotten back to me and that someone would get back to me. A week later, still waiting. I think we will go somewhere else next time.

UPDATE:We wish to thank your manager for his very quick and helpful response.We went back and this time it was a great time. Things happen, and we thank you for being so gracious and concerned about your customers!We went last night for dinner,the hostess refused to seat us in the bar area,even though there were several booths available. She wasn't very friendly. Then when we sat down the table looked liked they'd used a hose to wash it down,it was so wet. Luckily I had tissues with me to dry it.Our server Thomas was great,he always is!I ordered honey garlic chicken wings,my husband a bacon cheese burger.My wings tasted old,like they'd been frozen too long,and hardly any sauce on them. Fries were good this trip. Overall,wasnt really worth the trip.

We live in Burlington now but still make the trip back because we prefer it to our closer locations. Definitely recommended.Dietary restrictions: Good for those following WW or who are low cardParking: There is a Metro nearby so it does get a bit hectic but there are lots of spots

We had Thanksgiving dinner. Food was okay. Chicken plain flavour, mashed potatoes taste like they were from box kind, rest were really good. Pie was kinda soggy. But wasn't busy at all when we were there. Service was great! Place was clean and bright. Lots of parking. On public transit route.

So…So Disappointed!!I have been on the phone from 8:45pm to 9:45pm and no one ever answered the phone at the Upper Middle location. Do they not have a working phone or is it on silent??? How is it possible to call for one hour and no one ever answered the call?????????Went there to pick up dinner and asked for 2 double leg quarter dinner and 4 additional dinner rolls ( I wasn’t given a receipt). Came home and got 2 single leg quarter dinner with no dinner rolls and 3 dinner rolls in a bag. Like what..??????The cashier has one job and that’s to take the order, now with what I ordered tell me how I ended up with what I got???This is unacceptable and I say the same thing to every business owner/management…..THERE ARE MANY OF YOU OUT THERE (THERE IS COMPETITION) SO WHEN WE CHOOSE YOUR ESTABLISHMENT DO YOUR JOB AT YOUR VERY BEST!!!! Rushing to get orders out is not going to put you on the map, getting quality food and the right orders out, will…!!!!!This is disappointing and unacceptable, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!(It’s amazing how they answer to every good review but not one single bad/negative review)
