Bought 3 burgers to-go and all 3 where dry, one even had a black crust.None of us enjoyed the food.This is unacceptable when we pay over 20$ per burger. Do not recommend, is a very expensive risk to take.--EDIT - After they answered my review I emailed them (as requested), it was almost a month ago, still no reply! LOL,

Food was nothing special. Service was typical.Atmosphere was lacking. We had a lovely view of the mop, bucket and floor signs from our booth. The first booth that we sat in, had the table right up to our chests.There used to be a time when The Works was a destination restaurant, now it feels like a tired, mediocre burger joint.

Burger was only ok, service was lacking.Took a while for someone to take our orders and half an hour to even get water. Witnessed the table beside me leave as they were ignored after being seated.Food was only ok. The lettuce bun was only 2 pieces of lettuce and the "weeds" side was just a lackluster salad put together. Buns soggy and patty dry on the meat burger.Definitely not worth the $50 price tag. Hero Certified or Five Guys would have tasted better.

This Oakville was half full , it’s 4:30 pm we are a party of 7 , 4adults and 3 childrenWe were refused service because the cook was refusing to cook for a part of 7The staff were very rude, the hostess stood by the Christmas tree and said nothing a waitress finally asked and then went to the kitchen then came back and told us the news,this was after waiting 15 minutesJust bad

Subpar food and poor servicewent to the works for my anniversary with my girlfriend and I usually enjoy the food at the works however, lately the food has gone down in quality. The fries were cold as if they had been sitting out for a while which makes sense as the two of us had been waiting for a while. The meat on my girlfriend’s burger looked questionable almost a little too pink in the middle. Later that night she began to feel very sick and nauseous. overall not a great experience.

Feel bad for the chefs because the servers are annoying and stuck up. Came at 7:30 and they’re closed early? Not busy enough? Probably because they close when everyone comes to eat. Highly suggest other works locations, oakville isn’t it.
