They get my food right but are by far the rudest Tim Hortons for dt on WEEKDAYS specifically. I am used to being rust throw as that is how all Tim’s are but I don’t like how rude they are and dismissive of you ask for anything ex. napkins. Today specifically at the speaker “you need to speak up cause no one can hear you like that”, when at window she was saying the same thing to the person behind me.
Unfortunately as in many Tim Hortons, this one has staff that literally does not acknowledge customers. My experience on a Tuesday afternoon was that there were 3 employees serving drive-thru, 2 working the floor and possibly a supervisor in the back as they were walking back and forth refilling stuff.People before me ordered coffees and a meal, the coffees were served and the meal was slowly prepped while the attendant chatted away with the customer, meanwhile I was standing...read full review
