After getting the wrong sandwhich for the millionth time. I’m just never coming here again. I don’t understand how a grilled cheese with ham on a press would somehow beHam, a slab of butter lettuce and tomatoes THEN PRESSED like??? What the actual hell I’ve worked here too I know there’s photos that show you STEP BY STEP how to make the food. How are you all so stupid that you can’t even follow a picture???

Seemed a bit slow to take my order. Overall was good O will return to that location. However , It is a very busy drive through that seems to slow down the in-store service.Dietary restrictions: Only calories are listed on the tim app didn’t see anything about gluten free or calories on the store menu.Parking: Lots of parking to come in to the store everyone wants to go drive through and eat in their car.Wheelchair accessibility: Power doors seemed ok a little confusing in which way the exit buttons work.

Last 4 months this place has gone down hill - I always get the wrong order and there has been 3 times where the server grabbed my food with no gloves. Just their hands on the muffin / bagel.

Horrible drive thru design, despite long drivthru lane, ordering kiosk placed at mouth of entrance ! resulting in car lineups all the way out the carpark to the traffic lights intersection! Please move the ordering screen nearer to end of drive thru than at start. Smh. Who approves these!? Someone's gonna get rear ended at the traffic lights one of these days.

It has been a really nice place from a year. The evening shift feels more coordinated and fast when supervisor himanshu is working. I really like his work and the way he treats customers. Appreciate it! I really like caramel iced capp and bagelVegetarian options: Bagels and creamed cheese
Quality of the service at this location has unfortunately gone down over time. For some reason the service at the drive through has been excruciatingly slow and they don't confirm the amount you are paying at the window so I always have to ask to make sure it's correct or offers have even been applied. Friendliness of employees is a hit or miss, but recently no one seems pleasant. Have unfortunately received the wrong order from the drive through window a number of times as well. I recently tried a 'too good to go' box from this location with supposed value of $15 and got 3 basic baked goods and some timbits worth half that amount?! I'm all for saving food wastage but at least don't misrepresent the value of what's provided to make that informed decision.

This location is a black hole of time consumption. While the recent renovation makes it look nice, it has created a nightmare for lining up and getting an order. Only go here if you have more than a half hour of your life you want to waste. And the issues with the drive-through make driving Oak Park precarious at best.
