Horendous customer service. There were several staff this afternoon. and no one serving at the 2 registers. Not one person acknowledged us. When asked if some one could serve us. One of the employees yelled at us " I'm coming. I told you I'm coming! " We walked out. I regularly go to Tim Horton's. Not ever coming to this location again.

I just went to the drive through to get iced capp, but I was given iced coffee, instead of correcting the wrong order, the girl who prepared the order started to yelling at me. She is definitely the worst! A customer training can’t save her, she needs to learn more! Don’t let her ruin Tim’s brand!

I just went to drive through to get bagel and tea , i asked the girl who was taking orders for drive through for bagel with hash brown, instead of telling me that they don’t have hash brown. She was yelling at me and she was so rude. Staff need to be trained. I don’t know why they don’t have manners, manager should talk to staff and tell them about customer services. Very bad service and worst staff i have ever seen.I noted time so that manager can check shift.Time:- 2:00pmDate:- 1 November 2024

Staff gets drinks wrong and then lies about how they are made to get you off their back, does not fill drinks fully. According to the grouchy old white lady here (I am white) tim hortons "doesn't fully fill drinks here" despite me calling Tim hortons support and confirming this is a lie also.The managers here are awful and argumentative. Snarky and rude. Nickel and diming customers for milk and water, and arguing when they didn't get what they paid for. Sad.

There were flies crawling over multiple donuts. Action was only taken once I pointed it out to an employee, at which point they threw out one donut, although the bugs had touched at least five.

This Tim’s is the worst. The employees needed to be trained. I went there at 5 pm and only few customers were there. Then there are a couple apparently close friends with the employees, they are laughing and shouting to each others and no way cared about other customers in the restaurant!! Don’t they have common sense? They were talking so loud with their own language. Finally I have to leave!!

Very fast and polite service. Clean inside, very clean washrooms, and clean building surroundings. At this location employees seemed happy and smiling a lot. Not something you see in every TimHortons.
