Tims is my jam. And I avoid posting negative reviews but the cappucino and latte I got from the drive through were terrible. It shocked me and my wife so much that we drove all the back to the store after having driven for more than 2kms.I walk in, explain that the Cappucino was bitter, had a hint of hot chocolate, hardly any foam, dark looking. My latte was half cup but not that bad.So, no apologies, but I get replacements. I take it back and as much would have it, the drinks improved, but by only a bit. The Cappucino was still unpalatable and wasn't drunk. I soldiered through my latte and finished it (I'm that kind of guy)So all in all, other than the shockingly terrible drinks and no apologies, staff was decent and so were the seating and speed of service.

Very Rude and rushed order taking service. The person giving the orders was fine, but the lady taking the order via mic was terrible at taking the order. The hash brown was also terrible as it was undercooked.

Quantity is almost half of the bowl I get anywhere else, if you can’t provide proper quantity increase price or state proper container size. No where else in other Tim’s I got such a less quantity. And this after waiting for almost 10-15 mins after drive through and replacing Tim bits for omelette bites which were further going to take more time. Also in my order of multiple things I never got an item of bagel with cream cheese and no receipt of order too to go back and prove their poor service and lack of attention to order details. Never ever go to this location, not the first time I got such poor service at this location.

I think im being GENEROUS when I give this place a 1 star in service. They need to hire better employees because tell me why the workers act so rude and unprofessional. yes im talking about YOU GEORGE. If you dont get your act together im talking to ur manager. Stop acting petty and rude to random strangers and talk like a civilized, professional employee. Not only did you make my day worse, I know you are also affecting other customers as well. I tried to order an ice capp to help me study for exams and im fed up with rude employees. He was being so aggressive and not communicating properly. Someone get this man out of here.

Went to the store to get some items. There was only one person ahead who just paid and was waiting for their order. I went after he moved and no one came to my assistance. Only that person was attending the cashier. I waited and no one said anything to me regarding waiting or that they will be just with me. Suddenly someone came from behind me in the line and asked the person on the next cashier if they are serving clients and they said yes and they started to take the order. I told them I am surprised they are serving as I have been there a few minutes with no one attending to me to make my order. Never again

I wouldn’t give 1 star normally, but this morning was terrible. I was forced to sorry from the worker. The manager is really rude and she didn’t even listen to me. She told me to sorry from the worker or else I can’t be served.Of course I am not going to sorry because you wanted me or you were forcing me.I am living around that area. More than 5 years , I am getting my coffee from there. Until she moved somewhere else I am not going back to that store.

Went in for a decaf coffee in late evening after work. They told me they don’t have decaf. Last time I checked Tim Hortons is a coffee shop. Don’t bother getting decaf at this location.
