always mess up the order and can hardly speak or understand english ... can't even take simple instructions of regular coffee or a toasted bagel or heated muffin ..

The Girl at 6:55 am on March 14, 2024 was very rude. I put in my order and when she gave me my muffin I explained I asked for a muffin heated with butter (nicely) she grabbed it rolled her eyes and told me to move my car to the side and they will bring it out. There was noone behind me so I asked her why there is noone behind me and how long does it take to put butter and heat for 10 seconds, and again noones behind me. She was so rude. My son did not eat his food because he was in shock and did not trust her anymore. I had to go thru another Tims to get him food. This was not the first time I had problems at this Tims. This girl should not be working in customer service.

I do take back my review I was there Feb 18th and placed a $27.00 got home drink was incorrect went back to store Saw a employee go outside with gloves on come back in straight to position without washing hands or switching gloves the manager on duty I SPOKE WITH STARTED TO LAUGH AND SAYING THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT then I went on my personal phone on a call the manager overheard me then threatened to banned me by me saying it's wrong for the employee to do what she did while I'm waiting for my drink she then took a picture and so called the police...please fix this problem because it's not healthy and the HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS

It’s been 4-5 days straight for me asking them to get herb and garlic pastry heated but not even once it was heated. I don’t know which language I should speak to make them understand what heated means. Pathetic service. Please train your staff. Thank you

Here I am again, giving this place a chance because of the convenience. Ordered two large regular coffees and they both came out like triple triples. No writing on top to verify. So much sugar and cream I can't take more than 2 sips before having to throw it out.

HORRIBLE SERVICE by white women (tattoo on left/right hand near the wrist). On two separate occasions now I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of the most unpleasant workers I have ever seen in my life. Literally you can tell she acts superior based on how she speaks down to you.The first time my experience was in person where she was in the back making and bringing breakfast sandwiches to the front. When I told her the sandwhich was incorrect she automatically went on defense mode with her loud and obnoxious voice proving that she is looking at what was shown on the computer screen as my order. I quickly put a stop to her rant and said to speak with the cashier that took my order to verify, at which time she started to take her frustration out on the poor indian girl that seemed to have made an honest mistake. She then proceed to tell a male white gentleman to make sure the difference of the money is accounted for by the indian girl in a very snarky tone.Today I decided to order my breakfast through drivethru and from the beginning of placing my order I had a feeling this is the same person just based on her miserable tone through the speaker. After placing my order my suspicions were right it was the same person. I had never felt so rushed to collect my items and leave and clearly she was upset that I asked for napkins as she flipped it to me without even looking at me and kept continuing her conversation with an employee (not work related).I can only hope this is not the same person/manager alot of other reviewers have left for this establishment. I will be contacting head office but I am telling you all, if you see a white women with a tattoo on her right/left wrist just remember everything I wrote on here so you can see what I mean. How is someone suppose to enjoy any food getting served by someone so miserable with an attitude problem.

Worst tim hortons ever. I've given this place so many chances because it's on my way to work. But today was the last straw. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches on an English muffin and the bread on both was still literally frozen.

I go through this location very often. It's much better than the one across the road. They rarely make errors. The staff can at times be a little bit rude and short. Definitely more training is needed in this area. Services pretty quick. There's nowhere to sit inside but You can go inside if the lineup outside is too long or you just don't have a car.
