This is the best Tim Horton service in Oakville. Staff is super friendly, courteous and professional. Compared to service of another bigger Tim Horton across the street , this gas station location has way better service and friendly staff.
This is the to-go place for coffee and donuts in the Toronto area. It's more like Dunkin' Donuts than Starbucks if you are looking for a comparison. I love the coffee here at all times of the day.

Drinks are always fast but when picking up a mobile order with food, it's often forgotten and you end up waiting an extra 5-10min at the mobile pick up counter. They always make wraps that are delicious.

Normally I would give Tim Horton's drive-through a 5 but in the last week I have noticed at other Tim's aswell that there is a push from what I would assume is headquarters to shorten drive-through wait times. This morning with no one else in the line but myself I struggled to find my Tim card but the Drive-through agent hurried me to find the card and when I couldn't find it and when I reminded her that there was no one else in line, she said "That's not the point we have drive-through times and the machine is about the time out". She did not give me an option to find my rewards card she justcwaved tge debit machine and handed me my order. I think customer service and satisfaction should be a priority NOT whether someone is served within 15 seconds of ordering. Just my 2 cents but I really p***** off at that. Macdonalds is now my new go to !
