Staff is inattentive. First time asked for one chicken sandwich and one meat sandwich got two meat. Second time only one other person there waiting for their order and no one even looked at me. Staff was gathered at drive through area talking and laughing couldn't be bothered with customers. (BTW there was no traffic at drive through) Just left without ordering. Walked across the street to McDonald's for my coffee. Seriously? Get it together.

like most people who have left a review i have had a similar experience takes forever to get a coffee or to be served for that matter.the staff spend most of their time gossiping in their mother tongue which whatever i could care less as long as they worked as quick as their tongues.why does timmies continue to hire these aunties who clearly hate their jobs, as this isnt the only timmies that is this slow. TIM HORTONS time to reassess your hiring.

For over 8 years this location continues to be slow. To prove it. I timed myself driving to the burloak location and bought a coffee while my wife waited in line for her order. Not only did they get the single ice cap order wrong but I was already driving back with my coffee. Simple fact that management refuses to do anything about this through perhaps better training is ridiculous. I only come here when I have absolutely nowhere to go and I'm desperate.

I asked for breakfast sandwich in the morning double toasted. After I pay she tells me toaster not working but she will grill it. It was soggy. Lunch time rolls around I ask for bacon grill cheese but they forgot bacon and barely melted cheese 10 minutes wait for sandwiches. And she yells at me tells me it's not her fault guy at cash messed up. Lol done with the food here coffee seems ok

Disorganized staff, filthy rest room, tired decor, place looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in days. A place of last resort if you really need a coffee.
Ordered two coffees.. the attendant didnt give me two coffees..when I asked for the second coffee she said that I had to get back in line. Very rudely..I said I would not because I already ordered 2 and paid for 2.. terrible service!!!
