I ordered a ham melt and it was just completely burnt. if you want to eat at this tim’s, honestly just make the extra 2 minute drive to the Head Office 2 blocks down. firstly, my bagel was not cut and so stale I could not eat it. secondly, the lady at drive thru refused to do 3 separate orders for us (when she’s fully capable of clicking the ‘next order’ button) and made our drinks incorrectly. then she had the audacity when we asked “which order is this one for?” to have an attitude and say, “i already told you which...read full review
