I ordered an everything bagel, and to my surprise I opened the wrapper and the bread at the bottom of my bagel was GONE!!!And only on one side too… do better tims ?

7 times in a row as of today my coffee order has been incorrect. It might be typed in correctly, or written on the cup correctly, but it's not correct. The staff are very undertrained and seem to prefer spending their time fixing orders then understanding how to fulfill them correctly the first time. Some rude too there's one gentlemen at the drive through who won't say a word, and when giving you either food drink or card machine he sticks his hand out aimlessly whilst looking at a wall inside. Do better

I had ordered a crispy chicken wrap and got something that was not expecting at all …. The size of the wrap I got is just as big has a cookie . It was not at all worth the money , paid around 7 bucks for just a small wrap that’s not at all worth anything.

Waiting is very long, even with only a few people. They make orders for people behind me rather than follow the sequence. Also, sometimes they don't give me my receipt even if I ask for it. Many workers are very emotional ?‍♀️don't know why. Always looking at customers angrily.

Every time I order from here I regret it. The food never tastes fresh. Takes like stale bagels, stale donuts. I always order in the morning, when the food should still be fresh. Also, the customer service isn't very friendly.

what they think are they?I ordered an MOCHA ICED COFFEE WITH VAN SYRUP in exchange of my money i got a hot coffee with ice and barely there was any chocolate and vanilla syrup inside it. Upon request for a refund the girl there offered me another coffee even worse she just added extra ice and then added hot coffee to make it cold making it really watery after I rejected that coffe and was taking the refund she literally stated: "we never got a complain from a customer about our coffee" like every time they're giving perfect coffee, I try to be a nice person for much long but today she crossed her limit, I didn't said anything to her just because I know it's a tough job but when I said that I was exhausted and really required an Iced Coffee she replied "haa, I know you're always exhausted" I was so mad but had a class so left. I really request there owner to please look after their staff how they're behaving and what they're doing all day. I work at Tim Hortons too is that how they treat their customers? just teach them some manners first before giving them this job they even dont know in large cup 4 pumps of syrup are added always i get lesser yet never complaint about it but today she was just so rude and idk what she was thinking......

This place is terrible, they take so long to serve the wrong food. They are very disorganized and not trained well. They are always out of many things and they never stock up. They get my orders wrong every time. Very disappointing.??

I empathize with the fact that the staff at this location have to deal with hundreds of students each day. Unfortunately incorrect orders, lack of sufficient stock, & a lack of solid customer service serves to bring the overall experience at this location to an unacceptable level. Management please do better to make the lives of your staff and your customers easier.

Ordered a farmers-wrap, they messed up my order, I had to return and tell them, then they grabbed the my order they messed up and threw out and gave me a new one. Too cheap to let me keep the messed up order that I paid for. Constantly messing up orders.
