By far the only good Tim Hortons around, always fresh lik they claim to be. Other Timmy's should take notes. The regular staff during the weekdays are hard working, and take pride in their work. Paul, Sheila, Myrna, and John are the best. They know my name and even my dogs name. They write down when coffee needs to be changed like Timmy's should, but often slack off in any other location. Only Timmy's to go to!!

Edit: I loathe coming to this location now. The staff have become so cold toward me. Some who used to greet me, now barely look at me when taking my order. Ignore me when nobody else is in line and have me waiting just because they don’t value my service. Bring back Faye. If you don’t want to serve me, I won’t come back. Why the heck would I want to spend my money at an establishment that makes me feel like garbage after I leave? The coffee is mid anyway. I’ll make my own…

Literally the worst tims you can go to. Always closes their mobile orders at LEAST 2 hours before close, and they never want to make ice capps after 9pm because apparently they’re “cleaning the machine” …. Every single night… (psa ive worked at tims before, you do nOt need to clean it every night).More than half of the nightly staff will straight up ignore mobile orders and when you go to order in person, you’ll find that they are hiding in the back on their phone and wont come out until you shout for them (ive even caught several staff calling somebody on shift and will stay on facetime even when helping a customer).The morning staff will also ignore mobile orders in a rush and ive even been told before that i shouldve waited in line instead. I missed my bus because of them that time.Their ice capps are always watery and tastes like straight up cream.TDLR; this tims sucks + will literally hate you for being a regular & they always slack off in the back and close early
