Was at this location Wednesday at 11am , order biscuit with egg & bacon with coffe , she gave me bacon - Farm Wrap - i was completely shocked- complained - but they didn’t care - give me back this wrap , 2 month ago I was ordered Timbits - they -she- ignore my order too. It’s very upsetting.

Well, grab a later dinner with family. The store supposed to close at 10pm, not sure why their grill had already cleaned up at 7:40pm, so no wraps, grilled chicken, roast beef, any grill related food. That’s fine, just change our order options, ordered a crispy chicken for my little girl, and I asked the order lady is it spicy or not because it is for my daughter, and she said it is not. Ok, when I was waiting the order, the person made the crispy chicken sandwich, and he said there is no source for crispy chicken, and the order lady came over and asked the person to use another source instead. I asked the lady is this source spicy? She told me that she never tried this source. I mean you didn’t try, but you work here, and you are not suppose to know about it? Not suppose to make sure it is the source to replace the original crispy chicken source? Glad it is not spicy at the end!

Horrible service. They deleted my mobile order and then kept telling me it's not there. I showed them the order on my app. The lady was so rude and said maybe it's for Wendy's. What a dumb thing to say when I am showing you the tim hortons app. Never going to this location again and will warn others too.

Do not order from the Kiosks. They will ignore your order. When I approached the Assistant Manager to enquiry why my order was delayed and she was serving other customers. I was ignored again and the Assistant Manager went on to serving other customers again. I literally had to raise my issue to the Manager, who stated mistakes happened. I told her that this was a choice and not a mistake. The manager didn't seem to care and was very disengaging. This location is famous for it's slow, inaccurate and horrible service. Which I stated to them and they told me that it was uncalled unacceptable behaviour. Looks like a lot of retraining and better management should be applied for this location. Avoid at all costs and keep driving down the road to another location. Please do better next time!

Want to raise complain against the staff. The staff didn't even care to collect the tim points. They need to scan points first, otherwise the points will not be earned. She thought i did not know about it. When I asked her, now what is the total. She tried to act smart and told me the same price. When i informed, i am retrieving my points so the price should reduce. Then she acted like, oh. Can you scan again?!! Is this how this tim is scamming customers? This is the drive through girl, on a Thursday Dec 28, at 2pm. The girl working at this time in drive through should be fired because of cheating customers.
