Absolutely horrible service everytime. Never have heard even a hello from a single employee at this location. The food is good but I don’t want the first thing after driving in to be a debit machine shoved into my face. Sorry.

I went to the drive-thru because l'm in a hurry. I order and l pay. I'm waiting, and no food. She tells me to park my car. What the heck? I park my car and l'm waiting about 10 minutes and l go in and ask what the problem is. She said breakfast was over, but l ordered at 10:30am. I said why did you let me order and ley me pay if breakfast is over? She should have told me that at the speaker when l ordered. But she accepted my order and my money and then...park my car? I'm late and no apology from any of the workers.

I don't usually write reviews, but today I have the time.The people working at this establishment are so miserable and rude, its crazy. I always approach customer service workers with respect and kindness. I could not even get the same in return.Before I could arrive at the first window, I had a machine shoved in my face with no welcome. As I proceeded to the next window, I now had my food shoved in my face, and the window slammed right after.I am honestly shocked that people act like this, and this left a nasty taste in my mouth.This needs to be handled ASAP.

Very slow service, lots of people working but they’re moving like they are in slow motion. It was actually a little entertaining watching how slow they moved and the empty looks on their faces.

I've been living down the street for a few years now, saw the decline of this Wendy's, service especially got worse after late 2023 renovations, new owner? Wrong orders, not polite, even the poutine curds aren't as squeaky anymore which was the main reason I'd go. For some reason their curds used to be the best among other Wendy's in the West end.Oh well I'll probably still go due to the convenience factor. I can't believe I'm actually reviewing a Wendy's lol...

Horrible service she couldn't understand me at the drive thru, took megives me bacon instead of sausage gives me tea instead of coffee, She gives me a biscuit when I asked for a croissant when I get my drink I asked for milk I get cream.This isn't the first time this is absolutely ridiculous this always happens at this particular location, I guess I Shouldn't order here anymore but it's the only closest thing on my way to work, I paid money, I should get what I ordered. But unfortunately thats not what happend I thought I'd stop going to tim hortans next door because they always get my order wrong but I was wrong.It's this location and the workers dont care, because if they did they wouldn't get my order wrong every single time.

Food was delicious, warm and well made. Bacon was perfectly crispy. Closing staff were wonderful. As a delivery driver, I always have no problem picking up orders. Great location, great crew. 5/5.

During the serious period of the epidemic! The staff of this restaurant did not ask dine-in guests to show their vaccine certificates!I have visited this branch many times and the food is of average quality! Especially in terms of drinks...the quality of milk tea and coffee is even worse! In addition, I used their order placing app to place orders, but there were problems many times in a row. I was notified of the problem every time, and these problems also caused me to lose money! And they knew the situation but did not make improvements or follow up! I will never help their full line of Wendy’s again!

If you want everything in your order to be wrong go here. Every time I have gone at least 1 thing is always incorrect I don’t think they have ever gotten a complete order right. You will ask them something and they will say yes and then straight up not even do it…like there was only 3 seconds between me ordering and being at the window and you already forgot?
