The Bluebird Cafe & Grill deserves more than 5 stars!We were welcomed by their incredible staff from the moment we stepped inside… tonight was our first visit and we are already planning the next! What an incredible dining experience. Owners Rick and Michelle have created an atmosphere where you feel like you are family enjoying food bursting with flavour in a relaxed and very comfortable atmosphere.I cannot articulate well enough just how good the food is and the entire restaurant is filled with aromas, groups of people enjoying themselves and such an inviting warm.Bravo to you both and your staff team. Very much looking forward to our next visit.Oh, I should include some of the nitty gritty. We both had pasta dishes, no wrong choice on the menu and the pasta is made fresh in house and we were delighted that the portions truly were generous. Everything is scratch made and they easily accommodate modifications. Fresh baked bread on the table and the draft beers were all local!If you are considering this spot for a dining experience go for it, make a reservation and enjoy yourself!

The location of this is great, super close to Mono Cliffs Park, and the service is excellent. We were seated at the bar and food was served really fast. They let us make additions and changes to the orders as well. The pizza crust is amazing! The pasta was ok. I appreciate they had delicious mocktails and cocktails. No vegan options except a salad.Vegetarian options: The pizzas have veggie options, but not many vegan options

Awesome place to dine . Wife and I got welcome by Rick the owner and made us feel like home. His wife Michelle came by couple time to check how the apetizer and also the main meal was :)), which it was excellent either in presentation, flavor, and price wise, double thumbs up all way around. :))Service was gr8.I ask Rick if their pizza are cooked in a woodoven forno and sure enough it was.Michelle took me at the back of the kitchen and give me a quick tour.Wife and I enjoyed our evening and the blue Bird it's our favor restaurant, even so we need to drive from out of town, its worth it 100%.We raccomended this spot, hands down.Joel & DanielaKid-friendliness: Saw Rick the owner taking couple kids at the back to show them how they cook the pizza in woodfire oven. The place was packed to the max and notice he took the time to show these two sibbiling their woodoven pizza..Both Rick, Michelle and their staff are very professional, we felt we wore in Italy at some point.Thank you, we'll be back. :))

Went to Blue Bird Cafe for the first time on Thursday the 11th of May. Greeted as we walked in, was thrilled we had a reservation as the restaurant was alive with action. Most tables were filled add the atmosphere was electric. Our server Melody went above and beyond as she advised of the specials and made recommendations on our choice. She was extremely attentive.The food was so fresh and delicious. I had the veal with the biggest shrimp I had ever seen and the entire meal was memorable. The icing on the cake, was not cake but a heavenly crème brûlée, with a perfect top that cracked with a tap to find the most creamy delicious crème inside. Melody remarked at the fact that I had left some at the bottom of the bowl and we laughed about how I should have used my finger to swipe around to get every last bit! I would have if I was at home! The coffee was the perfect end to the meal. This was a great night out with a friend, we got caught up while being treated with expert care and attention, and fabulous food. I will definitely be back! Must have reservations as it was a full house and you could tell why it would be. Their Pizza sounded so good I order one to take home to my family.

(Make reservations it was busy!)We started with the wood fire bruschetta. The base was like a flatbread, clearly house made. It was light, airy and had good chew. Tomatoes were nicely seasoned and wasn't overbaringly Garlicky. My friend had the grilled calamari and said it was perfectly cooked, well seasoned and not chewy at all.I had the chicken parmesan with Alfredo. OMG! It was one of the best I've had in recent memory. Alfredo sauce actually had taste! Hints of parmesan and just the right amount of garlic to make it stand out. The chicken was nicely breaded, super juicy and had the perfect amount of deliciously tangy tomato sauce. Our server Courtney was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I'd 100% recommend this place. Thanks to Rick, Michelle and the whole team for an "amazeballs" dinner experience. I will be back!

Lunch yesterday! Such generous portions at the Bluebird Café and Grill! The mussels were so fresh and plump and in a sauce that was so delicious, that I kept to dip the pizza crust in! I ordered the white pizza but added 5 grilled Gargantuan Shrimp. So tasty. Half of it is in our freezer to take to work tomorrow. Love their chili dipping oil too. It’s not wimpy for heat. It’s just perfect. Michelle’s cheesecake, of course, is a MUST! They were so kind as to whip me up that amazing lip smacking drink I had last week, the Rumchata Colada! — eating lunch at Bluebird Café and Grill.My husband and I had date night last week there as well and the pasta special was so delicious! Cheese-filled tortellini in a rosé sauce with arugula and grilled chicken. For appetizers, we had the Grilled Gargantuan Gorgonzola Cream (absolute favourite!) and Garlic Bread with Cheese. You know that perfect Garlic bread that has the butter bursting out upon first bite? Yes, it’s that delicious garlic bread!Pictures are from both visits. Try not to drool!
