Very rude staff.I showed up with my girlfriend and she's not been in Canada long and wanted to a really out there Kawartha dairy flavour.The woman was very rude1) who is cash only in 2023 and doesn't advertise it online on her social media?2) " cash only sorry for the inconvenience " is kind of condescending because it's a choice to inconvenience people3) Don't be rude to people who only use apple or Google pay.4) it'd of been okay if it wasn't for her rude dismissive attitude and unwelcomingI would avoid this place even if I carried cash after my experience.

ordered a waffle cone and when I ask for a spoon I was rejected. seriously ? it is just a spoon. the women said you cannot have a spoon because it is a waffle cone. cannot understand why. is there any law about this? rude service. avoid this place!

They have more than 50 flavours of ice cream. Good place to sit & enjoy the vibe. Definitely a must go place

I’ve visited Mill Creek Gardens a few times now and I have enjoyed my experience each time. They are conveniently located and are open pretty late, which is nice. Make sure you bring cash!They do have quite a few dairy free options - but from what I could see, only sorbets. If they offered a couple of dairy free flavours that were reminiscent of traditional ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, etc), I’m sure they’d sell well. They offer seating areas for those who’d like to sit and relax, but I’d suggest switching up the music to create a warmer atmosphere.

The ice cream isn't what it use to be.Service has gone way down hill.Wayyyy too expensive for icecream.$20 for 3 people for 1 scoop in a baby cone.Won't be going back unless you lower your prices.

I honestly loved this place. They were always pretty generous with the ice cream and the last two times I've went it's been so disappointing. My $5 scoop of ice cream was so small that I felt the need to buy another scoop. We also got ice cream for my sick stepdad who is almost not with us anymore but they couldn't provide us with lids because they didn't have them. When asking for another cup to put on top the owner replied with that will cost you a $1.70 For a cup a $1.70 when you weren't able to provide us with a lids in the first place so we brought home melted ice cream and I've now bought two rounds of ice cream. We spent around $40 in total with the people that we brought and she couldn't give us an extra cup. I also find the customer service to seem quite rude recently. I honestly love Kawartha dairy ice cream and I normally stop in there every time I visit Orangeville. Unfortunately I can't bring my money there anymore, although I'm sure it doesn't matter to them because they know they are one of the only ice cream places in town.
Great little place to stop for Kawartha icecream. They have a ton of flavours and are very friendly. Just make sure you have cash as it is cash only. Highly recommend.

Banana Milkshakes! They are open all year. The scoops are huge and there is always a line in the summer but worth it. Bring cash. This is a hidden gem.
