Gluten-free is not gluten free whether it was prepared in the environment of gluten it still had enough gluten to make me not feel wellDietary restrictions: Gluten free still made me feel unwell so it's not gluten freeMight have to go full cauliflower next time

Wow! Just tried Red Swan Pizza in Orillia tonight for the first time. Ten out of ten. I loved it. We wanted thick crust but that didn’t seem to be an option. But the pizza was so good it didn’t matter.. Lots of toppings and I really liked the sesame crust. Definitely getting pizza here again. Oh, and our extra large pizza with 4 toppings plus extra cheese came to $26 including tax. Totally hooked.

This was our first time ordering from the Red Swan. The woman who took our order was very helpful and the fella who delivered was pleasant. We ordered the base pizza with pepperoni. The pizza was very good and I really liked the sesame seeds on the crust. The big disappointment was the Caesar salad. The regular size is very small and should be called "personal" size. The romaine was browning or already brown and I could not eat it. I picked out the worst. (see photo)I did not call to express my dissatisfaction as my husband ate what was left.I hope they will take extra care on all future orders to use fresh romaine.We do not live in the area and when we return, I would order again.

Ordered wings and pizza. Gave explicit instructions how to find us. Driver still had to phone us as he didn't receive location instructions. Pizza was fine. Wings were raw in middle. Phoned several times for refund. Was told they couldn't do a partial credit card refund (update your system!!) Offered to bring cash refund, but after midnight when we'd be asleep. First and last time we will order from Red Swan.(PS Although you can't do a partial refund on a card, you could have refunded the whole amount, then put through a revised charge for just the pizza.)

Very good pizza. I order the same 2 twelve inch pizzas, one for me & the other for my wife & they are always the same & always delicious. (can't rate the atmosphere because I've never been to the store)

I've ordered the butter chicken pizza twice now, looks nothing like the photo and has basically no butter chicken sauce. It's basically a regular pizza with chunks of chicken.

For $15 im happy. One of the freshest pizzas ive eaten. All toppings taste fresh & high quality. Took a bit long to cook but other than that i can’t complain. Delicious.

Tried Red Swan for the first time tonight and it was a great first experience!Ordered: Small traditional crust pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and green pepper, and added free topping of garlic and chili flakesGreat looking pizza, and great taste. Generous with the toppings, and the sesame seeds on the crust add a nice savoury nuttiness.I'll definitely be ordering again! They have some unique pizzas I'm excited to try.
