I would like to make sure that the Cobb’s bakery management in Orleans, is aware, that they have one of the best employees. Please acknowledge Patrick for the commendable work he does. I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick earlier this week who went out of his way to assist me. I listened and watched Patrick assist the customers ahead of me, he was patient, knowledgeable and kind. When it came to my turn, Patrick was no different. He knows the products well. Patrick’s recommendations were perfect for me. He doesn’t treat you as a customer, but more like a friend.
