As a 1st time customer, I tend to be to be a little critique. Lol. As for the meatball pepperoni sub, it was absolutely delicious, my wife even loved the few bites she had and she rarely eats meat...the background music was a tad loud but I do wear hearing aids.

I don’t usually leave reviews but these are the best subs that I’ve ever tried, it’s like Subway but on steroids! They’re definitely not shy with the meat, the flavours are extremely satisfying and the bread and veggies are super fresh! Plus the medium sub is a great size! Good service and great food, what more can you ask for? AMAZING! 10/10Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are a great addition to the menu!
I went for lunch on a friday. Got my order (of a single medium sub) 40minutes later. Many people who ordered after me got their sub before me. I understand that it’s busy and a high pressure enviroment but what I don’t understand is to get a cold sub 40minutes later. If it took that long you would expect it to still be warm, no? The food tasted great and wouldve been a lot better still warm, but that’s not the problem.

Order from uber eats, took over an hour to get food and not the drivers fault as he was parked at firehouse sub the whole time. Tried to call fire house sub directly and the girl who answers puts you on hold right away and then hangs up, (tried 3 times). Horrible customer service!

The food was absolutely delicious! The subs are worth the extra cost compared to other sub places because of how fresh and flavourful everything is. We couldn't hear the person calling our names to grab our orders because of the loud noises and music, but at least the music was good!

We loved this place so much! We went in to order and took it home to eat! Our son absolutely loved the firefighter decorations all around! He loved it even more when the guy gave him his own fireman hat. We will most definitely be back, everything was delicious!!

I personally haven't eaten here because I'm vegan, however - members of my household have. And I can tell you that they have eaten there several times and been sick immediately following their meals and have now stopped eating there completely. They loved the taste- but not being sick for hours after eating.
Way better than subway. Pricier but much better.
