I had Tom Yum soup tonight. The man at the cash was abrupt and rude. The soup was disgusting. No flavour-supposedly was meant to be spicy. It was like hot water. Zero flavor. The chicken was rubbery and tough and was huge slabs of chicken. Horrible. Texture was like it had been in the hot water supposed soup for weeks! Will not go there Again. What a waste of $18. I just ate the noodles. Ughh.

Just drove by on Sunday March 10th, 2024 at 8:15pm. Lights off and all dark inside and employee is cleaning the hood vent. So clearly not open when online says it's open until 9pm.If you close earlier on Sundays please update you hours online to reflect the proper time. Thank you.

I stopped going to this location because I was always dissatisfied, but today I didn’t feel like driving to the mall, so decided to give it another shot. Big mistake! I ordered pad Thai with chicken & shrimp, the server literally swished it in the pan for a quick sec and then put it in the box ( they haven’t adapted to putting their pad Thai in a bowl like other locations). So the sauce and spice hasn’t fully blended with anything, and is unevenly distributed. It’s just bland and terrible. A waste of $23. Customer satisfaction and quality is clearly not a priority at this location based on all the 1 stars. I would give 0 but it’s not an option.
I found a maggot in my pad sew today - did not notice until my kiddo and I were halfway through the meal.

Really enjoy Thai Express but this location…What a terrible energy in there. First, they didn’t accept a 100$ when my total price was 55$. Second, the vegetables were raw and the chicken was rock hard.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. The place smells like cigarette smoke, and the staff rudely berated me when I had the audacity to take my printed receipt from the machine. They just glared at me and gave me a lecture about not taking their receipt copy, as if I would know, they just shoved the machine at me and left to do other things.

This was our go-to place for years but in the last 2 years it has gone down hill. Last night was the last straw. The order taker interrupted my order at least three times to talk to other staff or serve food delivery orders. Consequently my wife got spicy and I got mild, while I had ordered spicy and she had ordered medium. Even worse though is the qualify of the dishes which is bad. The noodles are soggy and the protein additions spotty. If you are craving Thai do not come here. The Thai Express outlet in the Orleans Mall is 100 times better.
