I had an amazing experience coming to the Oshawa location. Erin served my family Friday night and she went above and beyond making our family feel comfortable and catered to. Our food tasted amazing. In the past I haven’t had great experiences however we definitely will be returning again after our awesome experience. 10/10 experience

There was a mistake on our order with out a question Neil fixed it with out making me feel bad ,that alone is great customer service thank you.
Wouldn't recommend going here. Came here with my kids after a busy day and regret it! the server was super nice but the manager needs training on customer service. I ordered a steak, medium well, but it came out well done. When I asked for a replacement. The manager came to inquire if I had a problem with their food because that was Boston Pizza's "medium well" steak and she seen the pink middle. She defended it and made it seem like I was the problem. I promise you this steak had NO pink, it was brown and hard. I'm trying to eat with my 2 and 5 year old, I don't have time or energy for this nonsense. They sent out a medium steak, but by that time my kids were done eating. They didn't even compensate me for the poor dining experience. Won't be going back here. Such a poor representation of the Boston Pizza brand.

Don’t know what was going on, service was very slow when i went, food was near cold when me and my girl friend got food. Our server who i think was Abby (not sure) did not bother to ask for refills or even to give us utensils until last minute, she was not helpful we also got our food 1 hour after we ordered which seem like it was longer. The attitude and disappointment from our server to the food not being par and waiting and waiting to be noticed by someone to help us. I am not sure i will be going back. (Sorry my English is not great)

Terrible.Hawaiian pizza looked and tasted as if it was backed then after that a few slices of ham that was not cubed was put on then some pineapple on the top of the ham.Everything fell off.Will not be going back.

Food was good but ordered a nacho platter which was $23 something and only got a very small container of salsa and sour cream which was only half full. Then we asked for another and was charged almost $6 for another very small half full container. Right on the menu it says it serves 5 but you are only given maybe 2 tablespoons of salsa.
