This is NOT a roti. It was the most disgusting roti I have ever had. COULD NOT EVEN EAT- When I reached out to the restaurant to address the issue the person answered was so rude. Customer service and food is NOT this restaurants forteè. $32 on garbage food. FIRST AND LAST TIME I order anything from this establishment. Unbelievable they are even in business disgusting

$22 for there so called large oxtail which is in a medium container is ridiculous, I got same amount of oxtail in a large as in a small , I'd rather spend the money and drive to Scarborough then get ripped of buy these guys again$22 for rice and peas pretty much , just crazy and if your wondering from the pics there's only 5 peices

Extremely disappointed in my order. I ordered two large Oxtail dinners with rice and peas... NO NO NO. It was very clear this dish was prepared by boiling the Oxtail meat and the gravy ... No no the gravy tastes like it was from the can!! I am guessing they added some All Spice, boiled the Oxtail meat and called it a day!I am very disappointed. Do better!! Our dishes have amazing potential just be a better place for Jamaican food !!!

I ordered large oxtail steam veg and white rice. The oxtail was half meat and half bone, not impressed at all. Not worth the $22 paid for it very disappointing!!!

Tons of flavor! BUT, should be using better cuts..more meat, less fat. LOVED THE COLESLAW. extra bones in it, which had NOTHING on them. That one big bone in 2 of the pics, nothing on it except a nibble of meat that I could hardly get off. I'll still likely order again

My wife and ordered Champs through door dash ( we normally don’t use food delivery apps ) but we really enjoyed the food !! The Rice & Peas were delicious and perfectly cooked, Goat Roti was great , Jerk Pork tasty , and this is the second time we’ve had Festivals from there and they are so good man. Worth a
Very small portions. I ordered the oxtail and there was barely any meat in my order. I paid for a large order and all I got was a bunch of bones. I ended up spending $50 on extra chicken just to make a decent meal.

Food is not all that for them to act so..I agree with the poor customer service. The two younger lady are so insecure the dark skinned lady wouldn’t even serve me ( being mixed) she made the fair skin girl serve me while she side eyes me as if the store sign don’t say open. Those two young lady’s are gonna run that business in the ground, the energy they give off is absolutely disgusting, and not understandable. I feel bad for them whicked girls can’t be happy with themselves.. I will no longer buy from there they act like they will go spit in your food when you don’t look. nasty people there. This is everytime I go and see those two likkle girlssss need sim liks ehh.

To be honest.. when I first ate this food it was a friend who had them cater a party and the food was AMAZING yet this was before the covid lock down. Since than I didn't really get the chance to try then again until today. OMFG ... YUCKKKKKK . It was absolutely horrible. It was under cooked stew chicken that was black.. not brown .. and was sooooo super salty it was unedible. Absolutely unedible. I ordered thru skip so all they offered me was 25% of the affected order which was 3.85 for an order I paid $30. With that I took it upon myself to call the store itself. I got a pleasant mannerful and delightful girl there named Tori who honestly tried her best to be apologetic and sympathetic to my complaint. All I wanted her to do was go back and try the food as I was advised that it was newly made. The customer service because of her was amazing yet I didn't speak to a manager. We will see how it's handled tomorrow cause if I dnt get my money back.. u def will hear from me again. I wouldn't advise not to eat here yet from the reviews of the new complaints.. clearly they have now gotten comfortable and no longer care what they are serving their customers anymore. So beware.. they will take your money.. yet the quality of the food dosnt live up the the price tags they're putting on it. I wouldn't want this shyt if it was free. YUCK YUCK YUCK YUUUCCK
