Went here for the first time this past weekend since before COVID, the food here used to be great, but this whole experience was a miss and I won't be going back.First off, we arrived as part of a large group (about 20-30 people) that had called ahead and despite this were met with attitude when we arrived and were not sure what name it was under. On top of that, despite the large group, there was only one server expected to handle everyone which resulted in poor service, but I would not blame the waitress for that at all.Now for the food, a friend ordered spinach dip and had to send it back as it was literally the consistency of soup, she refused to have them try again and just cancelled the order. Next my wife ordered a steak sandwich and it was small chunks of steak on quite literally a hotdog bun. I myself got a burger which itself was fine, but the poutine was fries in gravy soup with shredded cheese on top.All around would absolutely not recommend, I'm sorry to see a formally great business fall so hard.

So gross…I ordered a salad, fish and chips and wings and everything tasted weird.The fish batter tasted disgusting I work in a pub and we would’ve been scolded if we served something that like. 0/5The wings were raw. 0/5The salad tasted like they weren’t washed properly. I don’t recommend this place unless you’re looking for a mediocre meal. 0/5

Ordered food for delivery. I have never had an awful fish and chips until this one from Chasers. The sweet potato fries were fine but the fish was awful. I think the weird taste was in the batter. I wouldn't recommend. We also had mediocre, carelessly prepared wings. The caesar salad was ok but the salads at Superstore are better. Never again, Chasers.

I haven't been since they refused to sell me water I was ready to pay for. I am a sober person and prior to asking for water I ordered two Shirley temples and tipped. Once I asked for water and even asked to.pay for a water bottle. They simply said we don't sell water. As a sober person I still enjoy going out, dancin and having fun with my friends that do drink. But this establishment clearly doesn't catter to us sober folks.
Ordered the spinach dip (tasted like cream of broccoli Campbell’s soup, runny and the bread served was cold and dry. Chips were good tho lol). I ordered the chicken club w/no tomato, fries and a side of gravy. It was great no issues. Guest ordered chicken club wrap w/ sweet potato fries. No issues either, keep an eye out for the spicy sweet potato fries dip it sneaks up on ya.

I placed an online order at 6:45 pm approx. on Saturday, Dec. 23rd. It was for 1 meal. I received it at 7:55 pm. I live maybe 15 minutes from restaurant, so I go not blame delivery service, it is the restaurants fault. Very slow service.

My first impression is the bar is a bit of a dive, BUT the food is really good. The service can be amazing or super slow depending on the person and the day. It's not a fancy date night atmosphere but it's a great first date place as the prices are great. I will definitely go back.

I order for pick up that happened to be through door dash. Anyways, walked in to pick up my order and instantly regretted it. The atmosphere seemed very off, somewhat sketchy. Then to top it off, I found a hair in my pasta. I pray i get my refund but i doubt it.
