My husband got a sandwich with no meat in it... we called to let them know , it was a call centre, they said they would pass it on to the Oshawa location and give us a call back, they didn't. Months later when we returned, we mentioned that we received a sandwich with no meat in it, nothing was done to make it right.

I went there after lots of ppl talking g about this place and the yummy food, was so disappointed with the deluxe spicy chicken meal and the deluxe meal regular after waiting 20 mints the fries was not that fresh the sandwiches was same as any other place but more expensiveDefinitely won’t go there again ??

Had no complaints. Got a spicy chicken sandwich (dressed differently) combo while bestie got a salad. Ate inside so the meal is bought to your table. To me the price is comparable to wendy's. The food was good and I enjoyed the meal.
Ham was very phenomenal and was very funny to talk to. He made us feel very welcomed?. The food was very tasty?? cheat day!!!! LOL. We will definitely be back????

Went to see what it was all about. Absurd drive thru ordering process. Asked what we wanted without seeing a menu? We received our order but couldn’t leave for another 5 minutes as car in front of us hadn’t received their food. Dry chicken on dry bun with 2 pickles. I don’t get it.

Chick-fil-A sandwiches are always fresh and consistent. Their signature chicken sandwich and Spicy chicken sandwich are classic for a reason, with a crispy fresh bread and juicy chicken breast. Chick-fil-A sauce is such a crowd-pleaser.
Another chick-fil-a that misspell my name even though I spell it slowly, letter-by-letter for them. Beyond that, absolutely wonderful. The service is good, despite some language barrier. The food is delicious. The interior is large, clean, and had plenty of tables when I went in the later evening on a weekday.
