The worst cinnabon ever, the employees are lazy af and the location isnt very clean. Trying to get a millshake (the cinnabun chill factor is the best thing on the menu) is like trying to order a milkshake at Mcdonalds, something is ALWAYS frozen or broken, even tho its just made in a standard blender - if u dont want to make food, how about dont work in food service. Won't be trying to spend money here again.

Oshawa centre location. Husband decided to treat me and we both got 2 large. They were not cooked in the center. Gave us both upset stomachs. Very disappointed

Today 09/12 afternoon when I come to the counter one of the male service staff he really really sucks . I took my order and make payment he totally ignored me and in the same time one of the gentleman standing behind me and the service staff he ignoring me again and go to asking someone behind me. Even though the behind the man he looked at me ask what he doing… I have nothing to say . Maybe This is your company style?

Such poor service. We waited for the server to come back to the register. The baker even noticed us waiting and nodded that someone would be with us shortly. We were patient and waited. Another gentleman approaches walking up to the side as the server was returning. He says something to her, she doesn't have him wait his turn but decides to take his order ahead of us.If this is the service you provide,y money goes else where and I walked away to spend my money at another store.

Great place, love the smell of the freshly baked buns. When I arrived they were near closing and ran out of regular cinnamons buns, but they offered me 2 mini for the price of 1 regular! Extra for a same cost.Would recommend as a stop for a walk trough the mall!

I asked for a pecan Cinnabon and received a Cinnabon with just pecans no caramel. The employee told me it was extra. I told her that it comes with the caramel. She said no it doesn't come with caramel just the frosting and pecans. Whenever I go to other Cinnabon’s they add the caramel. I bought it any way but the taste is horrible and I can’t enjoy it. It is dry and doughy. I lost my appetite! ?

incredibly rude cashier. my friend never tried cinnabon before so she was excited. absolutely SHOCKED by how rude the cashier was. Slamming things, cutting me off, throwing things in the bag. Her name starts with a Z.
Super disappointed with todays purchase. The mini pack of cinnamon buns tasted and felt like they were old. The dough was super dry and had an off taste. Normally they are super good and fluffy! Giving an extra star for the topping because it was a fluffy icing and not too sweet this time!

Went there I think the person that served me might have been in charge of shift, it was end of day the person gave the vibe as if she didn’t want to deal with anymore customers was kind of rude and basically threw the box and slide it across the counter at me. Also charged me for extra icing and of course didn’t give it to me.Very disappointing to be treated like that after spending almost $25 on 6 buns.

I went there (Oshawa Centre location) this morning, bought 4 pieces of minibon and paid cash (a 50 cads note) but I didn't check the change immediately. Then, I realized I got only 4 notes/bills of 5 cads and 2.50 in coins=22.50. I felt robbed by this "nice" cashier who obviously noticed I'm not from here.I'll never come back.

Did a little shopping at the mall today( Monday feb 6th ) , I asked for the pecans & caramel ( which is so delicious on top ) asked if I could get a little extra toppings. I said I would pay for the extra toppings. The young lady who served ‘e,,, got me. She did exactly as asked. I opened my box of deliciousness & wow! Thanks! You made my day! It’s those little things.
