I especially made a trip to the bakery to get Bagels. Sadly, they were flat as pancakes. I could barely cut them in half in order to toast them. They tasted ok but they have a long way to go to come close the size and quality of the Great Canadian Bagel in Oshawa.

Absolutely lovely little spot, bright and cheerful, and the smell as you walk through the front door is wonderful. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and products are fresh and delicious. One of my favourite shops. Keep up the good work.

I went there yesterday to buy a pastry around 4 pm. The sample was on the counter, I reached to see what it was, the way the young lady behind the counter rushed to grab the tray like I had a disease or something eh. I was so embarrassed. Girl you doing this for a piece of HOT CROSS BUNS? Yeah I'm never entering this location again. If people are not allowed to touch the sample container, remove it on the counter. Or is it "Some people" that just can't touch it...

It was my birthday and I decided to go here to check if they give birthday freebies. I was met by a really kind lady on the front counter and unfortunately did not get her name but she was the most kind person ever, she told me there is an app I can sign up for and I might be able to get a freebie, but since I signed up today, on my birthday, I did not get it sadly, but the lady was so nice she gave me a free chocolate scone, that really made my day and the chocolate scone was amazing!

I've only been there a few times but am always welcomed with great customer service. I don't normally leave reviews but one worker name Emma I belive was lovely. She was patient as I took my order even though I took a while to decide. Will come again! Cinnamon bun was a little bland though.
The service is so poor. One of the staffs named Emma is so rude and doesn't know how to deal with costumers. Will never visit this branch again.

Great products, good taste. Unfortunately, the last 3-4 times I've visited they don't have what I've been looking for (french baguette, bagels, other white bread (rolls), pizza, etc.), and then, only can sell dozens of white dinner rolls (I wanted only 6). Bakeries should have all products ready when open to public and should sell individual (they were not bagged). One hour after opening, baguettes were going to be ready after 45 minutes. Other than that friendly staff.
