I am very sad to say we have noticed a steady decline in the quality of food. I'm unsure if they have had a change in management or what exactly affected the quality. Looks like we will be looking for a new "go-to" for breakfast ?

I am a weekly customer at Coco Frutti and I absolutely love the quality of their food and customer service. I tend to try different things and I've become very addicted to their smoked meat egg benedicts as well as their Sweet and Salty egg benedicts. Highly recommend!The staff are always lovely and very welcoming. Gemma has served us multiple times with the brightest smile and the best recommendations. She is always making sure we are happy with our meals and have a full cup of coffee!The wait times are not long and I've used the points card a couple times to save some money!Great experience, will continue to eat here :)

Terrible doesn’t even begin to describe this place. The waitress was absolutely awful. I’ve never been treated so badly at an establishment in my life. She criticized the way that my MIL enjoys her eggs, my MIL had to ask for her toast that was so cold I could’ve sworn they decided to put it in the freezer for the 3 minutes we waited for it. When we reminded her about something that we had ordered she snapped at us that it has to cook. I got a lunch special that came with a dessert she gave us our bill before giving me the cake so I proceeded to ask her for it, she then asked if I’d like it to go after coming back with the cake said for future reference you need to it in the establishment when it was offered BY HER to go! On top of that my sandwich was as dry as the Sahara desert and my salad had so much dressing it looked like a soup. The pineapple was old and stringy. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

The food wasn't bad and the portions were adequate for the price but the service me and my family had was horrendous. She never introduced herself so I don't have a name but we had the skinny girl with brown hair.She was weirdly condescending from the get go, being weird about our food choices, rushing us to order and visibly frustrated when we'd ask for things SHE forgot to bring out. She forgot the toast for the meals and told us oh we were just making it still and then proceeded to bring out cold toast with butter slathered on, unmelted..because if was cold.Our meal came with desert which was not brought until I had to ask which was not a big deal in and of itself but she told me how it got her in trouble because she's not supposed to give it to us for takeout but I had to remind her when we were ready to pay the bill ?So to summarize, condescending comments, snappy remarks at questions, throwing us cold food when she'd forget it and telling me how we've got her in trouble with the kitchen for things I was never made aware of.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time this morning with no idea what to expect. We have never heard of this place before, and wanted to try something new for breakfast. We found a hidden gem!The inside is quite big, and the decor/atmosphere is beautiful! In my experience, breakfast restaurants seem to have a hard time maintaining their washroom’s cleanliness. This is why I feel like it’s worth noting that (at least the woman’s washroom - can’t speak for the men’s, but I’m sure it’s the same) was clean, well stocked, and matched the overall decor of the restaurant.Now to the food…it was fantastic! A large variety on the menu, and big portion sizes for the price you are paying. I got the 2014. I regret not taking any pictures, but it was delicious! I had requested a few modifications, and everything came out perfectly.Our server was Jennifer. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. We will definitely be back, and if we are we will request a table in her section!5/5 all around!

Love this place. It's out go to for brunch once every couple of months. Our favorites are the Niagara Falls and Joliette but you can't go wrong with pretty much anything in this place.
We had brunch here! The food was delicious, and our waitress was phenomenal!They have a vast array of food options. The location is clean and friendly! We will definitely be back !!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We waited an hour and no one came to take our order. Not even to ask if we wanted water or coffee. They served everyone around us too and we would stare at them to try and get their attention but were ignored. People who were sat later than us were already getting their drinks and food. We ended up leaving and telling them we waited an hour and they barely cared. Horrible experience.

Terrible Service!! Waited 45 minutes to order. We were offered one cup of coffee in that time. The little toddler with us kept asking for food so I told our server we were ready to order but she told me she was busy. I requested another server after waiting so long but that didn't happen. The kitchen made some mistakes with our food which was corrected quickly and it tasted good. Our family goes there often because of the food. I wish the service was better.
