On Friday February 16th I had placed an order for pickup. I ended up receiving the wrong pizza completely so I had called the store to let them know. The girl who took my call was very friendly and apologetic and told me she would remake the pizza for me. When I got to the store to pickup my new pizza there was one girl running the front handling all of the customers. It was quite busy and there were a few customers that were obviously frustrated with the long wait but she handled everything like a boss and had a very positive attitude. When it got to my turn I had learned she was the same girl who took my phone call. She was very nice and had apologized again, gave me my pizza and an extra dip! She had amazing customer service skills and made my experience so great. Said her name was Ashley. The remade pizza was excellent and hot. Great job Dominos, will definitely be back.

I am highly disappointed that despite ordering 1 and half hour in advance, I did not get my order at all when I showed up at the store. After using delaying tactics for 10 minutes they told me it had to be remade so I had to refuse. My kids were coming from after a long day and that is why I order so early and yet they messed it again. and they gave me only partial cost that I paid as I had redeemed my points for the rest and those points are now gone. Highly unprofessional
