So I'm going to start and just say the only reason I'm even giving these a 2 star. Is the new starter I ordered and tomato soup was very good. But after that.....wow. ordered food and waited close to an hour. In that time I tryed to take advantage of there all you can eat soup. But when I taked for another tomato soup. I waited 30mins and I didn't even get another one. We received out food. Pasta dish and "Italy pizza" the pasta was very blanned. The pizza it honest tasted like it was bought at a cheap grocery store just tasted horrible. I would have asked for another drink but the waitress never came around to ask how things are so after finishing the meal getting the receipt was hard enough to get.. needless to say the little pro's don't out way all the cons and me and my wife will never be coming back.. ?
The tables are absolutely disgusting and covered in cheese floors. There was a chicken nugget under our table that we kicked out with our feet into the walking area. The waitress came over and picked it up with her bare hand and held onto it while she took our order. Why is the robot a better server than the waitresses??? When she did bring food slammed it on the table, never introduced herself or asked how we’re doing, started off by asking “what do you want tonight”, never came to check if everything’s okay. Food came out cold, totally disappeared couldn’t even get a refill on drinks, this restaurant doesn’t have jack daniels??? After sitting there for 15 minutes done eating and watching our neighbour table get up and walk around to look for the same waitress, she finally came back and asked if we wanted to go boxes. We said no thank you and she said “what you didn’t like it?” I said no it was fine we just need to leave we don’t have time to wait around on you. A different waitress came with our bill. Our waitress that we dealt with walked and talked very dodgy and abrupt. The tone of her voice is so monotone and quick. She gave crackhead vibes. Wanted a night out of childhood nostalgia with my friend, Not the way I remember east sides being.
