My partner and I got in around dinner time and it was empty, yet it took around 10 minutes for us to be seated. We got sat and waited for our server for around another 10 minutes, just for her to tell us another server is going to take care of us instead. Another 10 minutes go by and our new server comes. Tells us there is no bread, but takes our orders. After she told us there was no bread, we saw another server walk out of the kitchen with a fresh loaf of bread. Food was okay. I got the chicken Parm, but the spagetthi on the side was basically dry. there was barely any sauce. The restaurant was so cold that after eating for around 15 minutes the food felt like it just came out of the fridge. I have never had a good expiernece at this location, and I don't think I ever want to go back.

Better than all the other durham ones by far . The waitress was exceptional. The manageress has trained them well!!! A huge credit and a gigantic asset to the corporation!!!!A can't say anything nasty at a time when that is what we mostly see everywhere. Women do this work so much better and easily than men do !!The homopbia and mysogeny that most males have does not impede women from excellent customer service. I rarely write reviews but needs to be said . Was there around 4 pm Sunday March 10th and there were two of us. Absolutely the worst not cooked thru pizza with terrible flavour. Also ordered the meal where u get to have a bit of lasagna, bit of Alfredo and a bit of chicken parm….. this food was terrible we had one bite of each and did not eat it. The alfredo was so thick like glue cold and no flavour at all . The meal was absolutely awful and will never be back there again ….ever…Terrible when you have to say the best part of the meal was the bread loaf I would like to mention we had a server named Nathan and he was fantastic. Some other restaurant should scoop that fella up he was great and the only reason I would give them a star at all . Tip Nathan well he deserves it for his service if you happen to go here and have home as a server

Although our reservation wasn't communicated properly so they weren't expecting us, they rallied and Alexcia and Kassia were AMAZING and helped get food and drinks to the kids as quickly as possible and put up with our chaos!
