Today my husband picked us up 2 burritos , when we went to eat it was so soggy from the grease on the meat,they didn’t even strain the meat from all the grease and it looked nasty and falling apart .The girl serving my husband just dumped the toppings on top instead of spreading them up.This was the first time going there and definitely our last.

Very Disappointing!Ordered a take home burrito bowl approximately 7pm on a Friday. The counter staff acted as though it was an inconvenience to receive an order saying “ I’ll get it when I can” infused with attitude. They were running low or completely out of several items including Cole Slaw, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, and Burrito Sauce! What kind of Burrito shop has no Burrito Sauce? Once home, the food looked quite underwhelming, and didn’t come close to filling the dish. The noodles were almost non existent, the chicken was hard and dry, and there were no sauces. Definitely the worst burrito product I have ever had.

I love the burritos here always taste amazing but I feel like there was a hiccup with the ground beef today. It was really salty compared to how it usually is. I couldn't finish my burrito today because it just wasn't the same

It was my first time going to the place. I ordered a bowl. When we came back home to eat it, my daughter found a lump of hair in the bowl. Called the manager and he was suppose to send me a gift card as a refund. Still have not gotten it after 4 days. Never go there again.
Disappointed with the new chicken :( It’s now dried out and burnt “roasted” chicken vs the juicy and flavourful slow cooked chicken it used to be. Service was good enough though. They seemed like trainies but they were happy and eager.

My first time coming here. The staff were very polite and helpful. I ordered fish and beef tacos, plus a roasted chicken bowl. The fish tacos were excellent. 4/5. The beef tacos, not so much, the beef tasted like a salty mushy slurry. 2/5. The roasted chicken bowl was good too. Since I arrived late in the day, the chicken was dried out and salty too. 3.5/5.I tried the rice, and it really wasn't to my liking, so big pass for me.Overall, it was decent. I'd get more of the fish tacos for sure, and the chicken bowl, if the chicken was fresh. :)

First visit here the lady was polite when she took my order. Then proceeded to watch me pay and I kid you not, the moment i selected "no tip" she did a full 180. She had a rude attitude and threw things around like she was pouting. Handed my food to me without a word or smile. Had I not watched her make my food I would have got my refund and left.. the food itself isn't bad but isn't great. There are better burritos out there people.
