Second time I’ve gone to this location and they’re closed before they’re posted closing time. I understand short staffing can cause this but many be update your hours to something you can guarantee you’ll be open for the day.

Got a large sweet potato burrito with mango, refried beans, everything else and no cheese, and it was delicious. Shop was clean. Only caution is they were closing early, so best to call in advance.

Was there around 4 pm planned on dining in ... after server put Burrito in press they went and turned open light off ...I asked if they normally closed at that time and was told they didn't but were short staff and were closing early.Asked if it was okay if quickly sat and ate the Burrito and was told no as they were locking up ... so I ended up sitting on curb eating my dinner.Not happy

I have been noticing a down hill slide here. I ordered a shrimp and ground beef burrito and got sautéed onions on it and usually there was no issue, but this time they were undercooked and not peeled correctly. I dunno man, how hard is it to sauté an onion?

The glory days of this place are long over. Really went downhill. Staff seemed like they’ve never made a burrito in their life. Sloppy, fell apart just looking at it. No napkins provided. Very slow service. No acknowledgement when I walked in the door. Glass partitions make it impossible to hear the staff and for them to hear customers. What a fall from grace.

We went there at 6pm on a Friday and they were already out of steak and mild salsa. The girl behind the counter didn’t ask if we wanted beans or rice, she just skipped over it completely. We had to repeat our two orders multiple times because she kept forgetting what protein we wanted to add.While they were doing our order, another staff was working on a delivery order. They forgot to add the meat to it and their solution was to put the meat in a bowl, instead of restarting the burrito? I’d be beyond irritated if I ordered burrito to be delivered and the meat came separately. Can’t say I’ll go back to this location.

I use to come here once a week but changed jobs havent been able to go there in a few months but now seems the portions are all messed up !!!A guy in front of me ordered a small burrito and when it was my turn I ordered a large but we got the small portion. Mine burrito was so tiny.so asked the lady behind the counter if portions have changed tells me she's the new manager and this is how they do things nows..tells me I can pay more if I want more. I almost left without even paying speaking so rudely...Cant say I'll ever visit another one of these franchises whether its moms downtown or the sons in the north end.. and not the daughters in whitby. I'm not paying for less and then being spoken rudely to.

Used to be my favorite burrito place but serving sizes and quality have seemed to go down and cost has gone up.There is also a weird stink in the store by the cash that has been there for months.

I usually really like this restaurant. The food is tasty and the portion sizes are usually way better than the Whitby location. But today I ordered pulled pork tacos and they completely missed the pulled pork. I basically paid $10 for lettuce, cheese and pico. It was disappointing.
Should have chose a burrito chain company instead of supporting local. Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and there was a teaspoon worth of chicken, no sauce (despite requesting same) and, again, a little teaspoon of guacamole and for some reason the rice was stale and overcooked. There were hard pieces. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be returning.

Decent burritos but the hours are all wrong everywhere so definitely call ahead before going there. Also the street parking sucks

Unfortunately I ordered a large bowl and also small bowl and got the same exact portions in both. When I asked the lady behind the counter what the difference was she stated bigger portions. I said the portions where the same. The food how ever is decent but way to pricy for what you are getting. Would not recommend.

My wife and I found this place by pure chance and we were happy we did. Great service, great staff, fresh ingredients and a great authentic taste. I definitely recommend this restaurant!
