Rude server.If a customer asks for a little bit of sauce on the fried rice, you're going to say no, we dont do that?Or is it because it was my 16 year old daughter who asked why you said no. I get you may have had a bad experience with teens, but to project the way you feel on all teens in a customer service environment is unexceptable. Do better and note Ive ask everytime for that and never once was told, "No, we don't do that."

Was charged 27$ for a 2 item meal and a pop? 2 item meals are 16.40, I can’t imagine a pop with tax being 10$ plus tax.. when I asked if that’s the correct price the woman didn’t try to resolve the matter. 27$ for a single meal of broccoli, noodles, and bbq chicken is insane will never order again

The serving size is not enough for the price. The employees give you the smallest serving when you ask for more they charge you. Plus the drinks are so expensive. Save your time and money go somewhere that's worth it.

They named the dishes to -sesame chicken-, sweet and sour- etc.. Actually what they selling is the chicken and pork meat pour with sweet liquid. One is redish one is yellowish colored. The sesame chicken never saw sesame on it. Absolutely tasteless food! My bad to spending $74 on four (4) dishes. Stay away this place. (Oshawa center)

I really like this place, and I eat here a lot. The food is always good, and my go to order is the BBQ chicken and General Tao chicken—it's my favorite combo. The portions are big, which is awesome. This place just hits the spot for me, and that's why I keep coming back.

I'm so disappointed with how there BBQ chicken tastes, it almost tastes like bad chicken or not fully cooked... ever since it was taken over by new owners awhile back, it's just not the same anymore.I noticed Shanghai 360 in the food court has BBQ chicken that tastes just like your old BBQ chicken, so iv been going there instead.If you guys would cook it like old times, I'd still be going there
