Love their food , been a customer for years but tonight witnessed the Camila rip a young hire a new one in front of staff and customers. If a mistake is made there is a more professional way of dealing with it . Belittling him in front of others is not the way.

Wow!! This place is a hidden gem! Fast and friendly service. Their pizza is among the best ive ever had. Thin layered but not soggy, sauce and ingredients are outstanding! They also have desserts and other frozen goodies i did not get a chance to try out. But their pizza is a must! Im jealous i dont live here!

Some friends requested we grab one of the Take'n'Bake Lasagnas on the way to visiting them up nearby Ottawa(we're coming up from the Greater Toronto Area).By far, the best lasagna of my life. We grabbed the meat lasagna and, the ratio of pasta, sauce, meat, cheese, even the salt, was absolutely p e r f e c t.As it was our first time visiting, Carmela walked us through all of the options in the freezers/refrigerators. She was a pleasure to speak with. We'll definitely be returning to grab some, on our way home.

Wanted a slice of pizza and this tiny place in the corner of an Oshawa strip-mall looked like it would offer something authentic and handmade.They didn’t have slices, but a personal size pizza was surprisingly affordable so I ordered that instead. Ten minutes later I had my pizza and I was NOT disappointed. No sugary sauce, no gimmick crust, just an honest-to-goodness handmade pizza that was absolutely delicious. Crispy, not too greasy, perfect amount of cheese. Exactly what I was hoping for.There are also a few freezers at the front loaded with homemade lasagnas, veal, chicken and eggplant Parms. I want to try those next time.
