We ordered a Big Mac order number 276 takeout today. The burger had no lettuce in it. We had to take it back and wait another 10 minutes again for a new one. How can you miss this, it was not as if we had asked for it to be not added. We came to a McDonalds after a long long time. This is why we will not go to McDonalds again.

For 3 times when I've ordered large fries with my meal this Nathan kid only gives half. This 3rd time it happened I confronted him and let him know this is wasting my lunch break. He then says you probably ate some at work. I work 30 seconds away from Walmart, and he thinks I'm coming to make fuss for the fun of it. He then shows how he puts fries in the container with attitude like I'm in the wrong. Honestly he's lucky that cameras were there cause I was going to rag doll him over the counter, but I'll see his face sooner or later.

Absolutely disgusting experience at the Walmart McDonald’s. Waited way to long for a small McFlurry. To have the employee slam in on the counter, no apology no acknowledgement. When I got home, there was an ONION in it! When I called the location, the manager said “it’s busy” what a poor experience and customer service. Do better McDonald’s.

It's all amazing, the food, the service, the people are so nice there. But sometimes they get my order wrong, my daughter hates everything on her burger except for the ketchup, so I asked no nothing on the burger but ketchup, they get it wrong sometimes, but I respect there service

This is the worst place ever after a very long wait at least 15-20min my order was screwed up waited another 5 min at least for my burger while my fries got cold and we where at the very least 8 to 10 people that waited longer then I did .don’t go there or bring a lawn chair at least you can sit while you wait.

One of the worst McDonald I've been to. Most McDonald attached to Walmart are not the best. This by far is the dirtiest. All the tables are dirty, garbage full, ketchup dispenser broken and lots of flies hovering over it. Food took a long time.
Bottom of bag was covered in mayo, caused a huge mess. Mcchicken looked like someone assembled it with a blender, absolute mess.

On our way from the zoo stopped in for a light lunch ordered it and waited for our food got the food but they forgot to serve our drinks they handed the person after us there drinks but not ours until a bit of time after the other worker had to tell the lady who serving it to give our drinks not so good service and they had given us one napkin for myself and daughter and they didn’t have any filled at the counter food was good but not the service lady that served us didn’t greet us with a smile she looked upset so not a welcoming place at all don’t recommend it at all

I hardly write these because I’m not much of a complainer but if there is a slight chance my feedback will make a difference, I think it’s worth it.This place is probably the most unhygienic McDonalds. I’ve watched people change the garbage and then handle food and customer orders, or cough/sneeze and then continue to work in the kitchen without washing their hands. Once I asked for more ice and the lady took my used, empty drinking cup to scoop ice straight from the ice container. I was still thankful she honoured my request but I wondered how hygienic the ice actually was if that just happened. I wonder if each staff member is thoroughly trained on hygienic regulations and protocols and if the standards are being upheld and held accountable. Nonetheless, I still go here for a coffee from time to time but I always see something new that’s concerning. Anyway- the staff are always really nice and I don’t necessarily think it’s the floor staffs fault. Rules need to be enforced from the top down. Maybe lack of management and training.

Painfully slow, messing up multiple orders, the people who work here could not care less about customer service. Don’t dine here, drive across the plaza to the actual McDonald’s, it will still be faster.
