Ordered for the third time tonight, food was cold again, underwhelming portions. Your chicken sandwich is a shame. Your chopped sandwich is pathetically small, in size and toppings. Loaded perogies with no toppings. Stale recooked French fries. My gf got sick very unhappy with this. What is even going on here are you just money laundering? Your food doesn’t even make sense. Your chicken burger was the Walmart special like barf. Total waste of $100 or more. Don’t even spend money here. Better off burning your money and eating the ashes with dirt over this waste of money.

Yes Pinky is coming for a review!Place is new and small, like everything else now stuff is cooked out of sight.Had my son open the door a couple times to get the attention of people in the back as there was no one up front and we wanted to order additional things.The gentleman was very accommadating, allowing us to try various sauces.The sauces were tasty! I especially liked the hot one not on menu, it had some heat but also more importantly had flavour.Over priced for my liking, over $120 for 4x 12" subs and 4 slices of pie.It is what it is, food was great, staff was great, price not so much.What they offer doesnt exceed other plsces, and not a true Philly experience. But close as you'll get in Canada i suppose.Overall 7.5/10 - Price being the main issue

Went for the pierogies - 2 orders of 12...more like 9 and 10! Over cooked or recooked we weren't quite sure..very disappointed, thought we'd try something new - our mistake trying them out I guess. Called the store and it seemed like the lady was less than bothered lol manager wasn't in ( big suprise) she said they were busy tonight ..guess the cooks can't count out 12 pierogies? Hard job I suppose lol the lady on the phone took our information and assured us the manager would call to address the issue lol - Suuuure he will , no call, never happened..sounds like they're not to worried about bad food and bad ratings? Count me out for a return - lesson learned , buyer beware. ( guess they'll pay more attention when someone gets food poisoning?)

I got a double cheeseburger and an original large Philly cheese steak sandwich.. meet on both sandwiches was bland and not seasoned at all.. bread on both sandwiches was horrible stale, like when you buy hot dog and hamburger buns from the grocery store and have them in your fridge for a week.. sorry for the review.. your staff is nice helpful friendly your restaurant is nice but your food is just horrible won't be back.. as a matter of fact I hyped to my kids that I was going to try it, now I got to call them and say don't waste your money..
While I have always loved the food at P.P's, this time there were issues. Normally we do Skip the Dishes, but I was out and about doing some shopping and thought hey - P.P's is right there, no delivery charge. So I stop there is only one customer physically waiting, and I had assumed there would be some mobile orders on the go.So it's a Saturday night, on Black Friday wknd when everyone is driving around deal shopping and getting hungry and you only have ONE person running the store??? Doing both the physical ordering, the only ordering, food prep and packaging?? Not well planned.Then the person you have operating the store tells me that I can't order this one item because they don't know how to input the different sizes into the P.O.S. system - but she did mention that if I had used a mobile app there would have been no problem. That was around a $20 portion of my order that you lost.I am actually sitting waiting for my order while I am typing this and already 2 ppl have come in, waited however long its taken me to type this so far - tried to get the employee's attention only to be told that she was busy, and have now left.As I said I love the food (although I was mighty angry when you pulled coleslaw as a possible topping off your menu - pulled pork needs coleslaw. Just saying) but right now your store front service leaves a lot to be desired.
