first time trying this Pita Pit location for lunch today and it was so amazing. I got the philly cheese steak pita with grilled onions, green peppers and mushrooms. I added bbq sauce and chipolte sauce to it. so much flavor. good size too i got a small. perfect for me. I would deff be back again :) 10/10 for me. excellent food ! i love it so much <3

The service was fine, but the food was lacking. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Rice Bowl. There was little to no chicken, it was equivalent to 1 chicken nugget chopped up so small it was crumbs. No Buffalo flavor at all. Added veggies, got considerably more onions that any of the other toppings. I have always enjoyed Pita Pit, this is the first time I have ordered from the Laval Dr location, and will not return.

During my recent visits to the store, I have noticed a significant decrease in portion sizes. Despite requesting extra portions, I was informed that it was not possible. It seems that the establishment is attempting to stretch their ingredients as far as possible, potentially resulting in the wastage of spoiled produce.My main concern revolves around the lackluster portion of chicken in my pitas. It was disappointingly minimal, barely noticeable, and did not meet my expectations. I found myself taking a few bites without even encountering any chicken, which made it an unpleasant surprise when I finally did come across some.Given my previous enjoyment of Pita Pit and the convenience of this location being right beside my workplace, it saddens me to see a decline in both portion sizes and an increase in pricing.I kindly request that you look into this matter, as maintaining consistent portion sizes and food quality are vital to ensuring customer satisfaction. It is my hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to enhance the overall dining experience at our local Pita Pit establishment.

Very disappointed with the service and food I received from this location , wrap tasted stale and old and the lettuce was soft and soggy and brown (also tasted off) not to mention the quantity of toppings you get for the price you are paying is totally not worth it. Will not be returning. Upsetting as I love Pita Pit and this location is so close to home.

What a joke. Out of rice bowls which was not posted as “out of stock” on the online ordering system and won’t refund our order. Staff is very stingy and cheap with toppings on food we didn’t want but had to get or we would lose $53 order. Terrible service. Don’t order at this location unless you want a rip

Saturday,May,20th,2023.5pm I just left there after paying close to $14 for a grilled chicken pita that weighed just over 4oz.Heads up to the owner the open sign was not on.I have seen this before when the employees don't want to work,not saying it's true but needs a little investigation by the owner/owners.Will not go again!
Good falafal wrap, they respect your allergy and dietary restrictions. Would recommend for vegetarians. Thank you ?

Owner & Management are disastrously incompetent. Imagine closing a good establishment at 7pm all weekend due to laziness.Food was 'meh' at best - Customers deserve better, so you would be better spending your money elsewhere.

This location never accepts online orders even when they are not busy. Half the time the staff are rude and make mistakes.
