Quality has gone down and price has gone up. Ordered a medium pan vegetarian pizza and Cinnabons. The pizza was pretty much all dough. The sauce was pretty non existent. It is as though they scraped the thinnest layer on possible. Barely any cheese and very few veggies. Flavourless on top of that. The Cinnabons were barely cooked. The dough was still stretchy and almost raw. For $43 bucks taxes in and tip already included not worth the money. Dominos has more flavour than the pizza I just received.

I ordered Pizza Hut for delivery. I ordered a stuffed crust 16”. Extra cheese and a handful of other toppings.I have never received a pizza so thin. It is literally paper thin. Even the crust is so thin I didn’t even think it was stuffed. It was over cooked (burnt) and it came quick but it was cold. I am convinced I received a pizza that has been sitting in the restaurant for quite some time.I ordered 14 wings and they are drenched in sauce there is a puddle of sauce in the bottom of container and the sauce is gloopy. Long chunks of sauce. Unsure what it is truly. The wings were cold to touch and when I opened a wing it was pink inside.Pizza Hut use to be good. Maybe it’s just this location that is absolutely disgraceful but I have honestly never received such a terrible pizza and wing order.

Decent amount of toppings compared to the south Oshawa location. As mentioned in other reviews, my pizza was recently not cut properly and I had to rip it apart making a mess. I should have re-cut it but I was too hungry.

I then checked my credit card statement and got charged twice on my credit card for it and the store has no record of it going through so they said there's nothing they can do and I need to deal with my bank directly, who then said that the transactions were approved and Pizza Hut has already got their money and there is nothing else the bank can do except to deal with the store directly......and now I'm out $128.Buyer beware, these people will rip you off!!! What a fraud! There isn't even a valid customer service number to call or email, it's all done at store level. Sorry, I cannot rate the food...because I wasn't able to get any! :(
